【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,运用系统科学、运动竞赛学等理论,对我国高校竞技体育竞赛体系的资源进行了系统分析。认为:我国高校竞技体育竞赛体系的资源分为物质和非物质两类;当前竞赛资源得到较大改善,但还存在着竞赛经费不足、人力资源较为匮乏、科技水平不够高、赛事品牌建设较为滞后等问题。提出:优化竞赛经费资源、人力资源、科技资源及打造高校赛事品牌等发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of documentary,questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc.Basing the theory of system science and sports competitive,the author analyzes the resource of the competitive sports competition system in China’s university.The result shows that the resources could be divided into material and non-material;there has been a great improvement for the present competition resources,but still exists short of funds and human resources,lower science and technology level,lag of brand-building events construction.Some references for optimizing the resources of competition fund,manpower resources and the science and technology,and creating brand-new sports competition event in University are proposed.更多还原
