【摘要】 目的:对苗药七缬和胃胶囊进行初步的组方研究,为新药开发打基础.方法:运用混料均匀设计将组成七缬和胃胶囊的3个成分配制成9种不同的复方,通过冰醋酸导致小鼠疼痛、剪尾法测定凝血时间的方法对各成分所占比例进行筛选.结果:该方程相关系数r=0.93029,P=0.0494,通过回归方程筛选出镇痛、止血效果最好的复方配比.结论:应用均匀设计确定复方最佳配比的方法是可行的,通过实验结果得出的七叶一枝花浸膏、宽叶缬草挥发油乳化液、宽叶缬草水提物浸膏粉的最佳配比为5:89:6(质量百分比).更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Researching the formula of MiaoYao Qixiehewei Capsule,and offering the foundation for developing new medicine.Method: Nine pieces of different analytic prescriptions were composed of three groups of component,applying the uniform design of experiments with mixtures(UDM).The method of pain caused by acetic acid and method of cutting a part of the mice tail to check the coagulated time to select the best proportion.Result: the correlation coefficient of the regression R=0.93029,P=0.0494 < 0.05,select the compound proportion whose analgesia、stopping bleeding effect was the best proportion ingredients in Qixiehewei Capsule.Conclusion: Uniform-design method is an effective method to define the optimal proportion of ingredients in Qixiehewei Capsule.更多还原
