黄铜水平连铸覆盖物渣中Cu、Zn的浸出
LEACHING OF COPPER AND ZINC IN MANTLE FROM HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS CASTING OF BRASS
【摘要】 由于黄铜水平连铸覆盖物渣组成相的特殊性,使其在常温常压下通过使用硫酸作为溶剂浸出困难,浸出率低,而在溶剂中适量加入硝酸可使黄铜水平连铸覆盖物渣中Cu的浸出更完全.因此,常温常压下使用硝酸和硫酸作为混合溶剂进行浸出,铜、锌浸出率得到显著提高,且工艺简便,适用于实际生产.
【Abstract】 The special characteristics of the composed phases of covering mantle of brass from horizontal continuous casting result in the difficulty of leaching the copper using vitriol as solvent under normal temperature,pressure and a lower leaching ratio.Adding a proper amount of nitric acid improves the leaching of covering mantle of brass from horizontal continuous casting.Therefore,nitric acid and vitriol are often used as a mixed solvent for leaching under normal temperature and pressure to improve the leaching of copper and zinc.The technique is easy to perform and thus suitable for practical production.
