连铸钢坯加工过程中缺陷及性能变化的研究
STUDY ON THE DEFECTS AND THE PROPERTY CHANGE IN THE PROCESSING OF CONTINUOUS CASTING BILLET
【摘要】 钢坯在加工过程中会发生很多变化,例如钢坯中的夹杂物会碎化,缩孔会沿轧制方向变形,较小的缩孔和疏松会被"焊合"等等,从而使得钢坯在后续加工过程中性能变好,缺陷对性能的影响可以得到一定程度的改善.为了观察钢坯中的缺陷在后续加工过程中的变化,本文按不同压缩比对钢坯进行了锻造.研究发现压缩比越大,缺陷对机械性能的影响越不明显,即随着压缩比的增大,缺陷对性能的影响已退到次要地位,组织及后续加工过程引入的缺陷对性能的影响占了主要地位.
【Abstract】 There are many changes in steel billet when processing.For example,the impurities will fragmentate,the contraction cavities will be deformed along the direction of rolling,and the smaller cavities or poriness will be "welded on".These make steel billet performs well in the latter processing,which improves properties caused by the defects.In order to observe the defects change of steel billet in the following processing,different compression ratios was employed in steel billet forging.The researches showed that the larger the compression ratio is,the less distinctness the defects affect upon on the mechanical properties.In other words,the defects withdraw to inferior action on the properties as the compression ratio increases.The latter defects introduced in the following processing occupy major affection.
