聚衣康酸酐的合成及降解性能研究
Synthesis of Polyitaconic Anhydride and its Degradation Property
【摘要】 以衣康酸为原料合成了衣康酸酐,并在乙酸镉的催化作用下通过开环聚合得到了聚衣康酸酐。通过FT- IR、1H NMR、GPC等对衣康酸酐和聚衣康酸酐进行了表征,并对聚衣康酸酐在不同pH值磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的降解动力学进行了研究。结果表明,聚衣康酸酐在磷酸缓冲溶液中的降解符合一级反应动力学规律,在pH值为5、7.4和8.8的缓释溶液中的表观速率常数分别为0.0498、0.0576和0.1382h-1。
【Abstract】 By using cadmium acetate as catalyst, polyitaconic anhydride was prepared through ring opening polymerization of itaconic anhydride. The product was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and GPC. In vitro degra- dation of the polyitaconic anhydride in phosphate buffer solutions at different pH was investigated.The result showed that the degradation of polyitaconic anhydride in phosphate buffer solutions was the first-order reaction, and its degradation apparent constants were 0.0498, 0.0576 and 0. 1382h-1 in phosphate buffer solutions at differ- ent pH values of 5, 7.4,8.8 respectively.
