氯化锰水溶液净化除杂的研究
Study on Removing Impurity of Manganese Chloride Produced by Waste Hydrochloric Acid Leaching of Lean Rhodochrosite
【摘要】 对用锰粉去除工业废盐酸浸出低品位菱锰矿制取的氯化锰溶液中的杂质进行了探讨与研究,得出了最佳的工艺条件。所制取的四水氯化锰产品重金属含量降到了0.00084%,硫酸盐的含量降到了0.00038%,产品质量达到了HG/T 3816-2006标准。
【Abstract】 Using the manganese powder for removing the impurity of the manganese chloride produced by waste hydrochloric acid leaching of lean rhodochrosite was studied,and the optimum preparation process conditions are obtained.Its content of the heavy metals of the manganese chloride product is lowered to 0.00084%.Its content of SO42-is lowered to 0.00038%.The manganese chloride tetrahydrate(MnCl2·4H2O) catalyst product have achieved HG/T 3816-2006 standard.
