稀土与铝合金中常见元素的耐腐蚀机理研究
The Study of Corrosion-resisting Mechanisms of the RE-elements and Some Common-elements in Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 采用模拟自然环境加速腐蚀的重量分析法和电化学测定法,对应测定不同含量元素时铝合金的腐蚀速率,考察了铝合金中的常见元素Mg,Mn,Si及RE和杂质元素Fe含量对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:铁和硅危害合金材料的抗腐蚀性能。要保证铝合金有好的耐腐蚀性能,4.5%(质量),锰含量控制在0.55%-0.65%(质量)之间为好,稀土含量则应控制在0.3%±.通过电镜对腐蚀表面及腐蚀形貌的扫描,综合分析了元素含量与合金的耐腐蚀性之间的关系和合金腐蚀的机理。
【Abstract】 The gravimetric analysis imitating the acceleration corrosion in natural environment and electrochemical determination method were adopted to determine the corrosion rate of Aluminum alloy with elements of variable contents.The effects of Mg,Mn,Si,Fe and RE in Aluminium alloy on corrosion-resisting of the alloys were studied.The results show that Fe and Si within the anti-cust Al-alloy are the pernicious elements,so it is necessary to limit the content of Fe and Si severely and it is essential to control the content of Mg below 4.5%(mass),Mn between 0.55%-0.65%(mass),and RE about 0.3%(mass),to gain better alloy corrosion-resistance.The corroded shapes of the faces were scanned by means of EM.The relations between the element contents,corrosion-resisting of the alloys and the mechanisms that alloys were corroded were analyzed.
