【Abstract】 Europe is the cradle of modern welfare system whose ensurance ranges from cradle to tomb and has been the centre of admiration throughout the world.However,in the previous years,the high-welfare policy has brought many governments under heavy burden.Based on the recent great strikes in Britain and French,this paper analyses the features and advantages of welfare countries and points out the difficult situations such as high unemployment rate,deficit financing,the weakened foundation of economic increase as a result of high tax,and the aging population.更多还原
