高精度超声波纠偏控制系统的设计
The design of a high-accuracy ultrasonic web guide control system
【摘要】 分析了影响纠偏控制系统纠偏精度的主要环节和关键因素。通过精心论证和设计,选用超声波传感器为传感元件,步进电机和滚珠丝杆为执行机构,采用多调整因子的模糊控制算法,研制了一种高精度的纠偏控制系统。长期实际生产应用表明,在卷材速度小于200 m/min时,该纠偏控制系统的单边纠偏精度优于±0.15 mm。与进口的同类产品相比,该控制系统具有较高的性价比。
【Abstract】 The key elements and factors influencing the guide accuracy in a web guide system were analyzed.Through careful discussions and study,a high-accuracy web guide system was developed.The system uses ultrasonic sensors as its measuring elements,a step motor and a ball leading screw as the actuator.The controller adopts multi-tuning-factor fuzzy control algorithm.The long-term application in production shows that the edge guide accuracy is less than ±0.15 mm while the web speed is below 200m/min.The system has a high performance-to-price ratio compared with any imported one of the same type.
