贵州省陆军某部男性新兵卡特尔16种人格因素分析
An Analysis on 16PF Survey Results of 157 Male Army Trainee
【摘要】 目的:了解贵州省陆军某部男性新兵的人格特征状况。方法:以Cattell Raymond B.16项个性因素测评量表(16PF)为工具测试男性新兵157名,并将测评结果与辽宁省1981年男性成人常模进行比较。结果:样本群体在11项人格因素上与成人常模比较差异有显著性。结论:新兵心理健康状况应引起足够重视并完善辅导机制。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate personality character status of male trainee in a certain army unit of Guizhou province.Methods: One hundred and fifty-seven male trainee were asked to fill the Cattell Raymond B.16 Personality Factor(16PF) questionnaire.The results were analyzed and compared with those of male adults’norm of Liaoning province obtained in 1981.Results: Eleven personality factors of the subjects were significantly different from those of adults’ norm.Conclusions: The trainee personality shows significant differences from those of adults’ norm and mental intervention is needed.
