高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配方法初探
Discussion about the Methods of Document Funds Budget and Allocation in Academic Libraries
【摘要】 高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配问题的核心是方法问题。文章论述了高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配的方法及各自的适用范围。在此基础上,提出了高校图书馆文献经费预算与分配的模式,即"模型+原则+综合平衡"的模式。参考文献8。
