PVB光致变色夹层安全玻璃的制备及性能研究
Study on preparation and properties of PVB photochromic laminated safety glass
【摘要】 以1,2,3,3-四甲基吲哚啉碘化物和5-硝基水杨醛为原料合成了光致变色吲哚啉螺吡喃化合物,并将其制成了一种PVB光致变色夹层安全玻璃,对其抗冲击强度性能和光照前后紫外可见光谱进行了分析测试。结果表明,所制备的PVB夹层安全玻璃符合GB9 962-1999中对安全玻璃强度的技术要求,同时还具有调光作用和光致变色性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a kind of photochromic laminated safety glass was prepared with PVB and photochromic indolinspiropyran compound,which was synthesized by 1,2,3,3-tetramethylindoline iodide and 5-nitrosalicylal as raw materials.The capability of the resistance impact strength and the UV-Vis spectrum of the photochromic laminated safety glass were studied.The results show that the PVB laminated safety glass meets standard of GB 9 962-1999.At the same time,the PVB laminated safety glass has light control and photochromism property.
