硫酸铝对马尾松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effects of aluminum sulfate on the germination and growth of Pinus massoniana seeds
【摘要】 通过浸种,采用培养皿种子发芽实验,研究不同浓度Al2(SO4)3对马尾松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在处理浓度范围内,Al2(SO4)3对马尾松种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数无明显影响,但能提高其发芽势和平均发芽速;当Al2(SO4)3质量浓度为3 000 mg/L时,提高了马尾松种子淀粉酶活性,并能延缓淀粉酶开始降低的时间.
【Abstract】 The effects of aluminum sulfate on the germination and growth of Pinus massoniana seeds were studied by culturing them in culture dishes.The results indicated that among the concentrations of experiment,aluminum sulfate have no obvious influence to the germination percentage,germination index and vigor index of Pinus massoniana seeds,but it increased their germination vigor and mean germination speed.When the concentration was 3 000 mg/L,aluminum sulfate increased the amylase activity of Pinus massoniana seeds,and could delay the time of amylase begin to decrease.
