二甲醚甲醇复合燃烧的燃烧特性研究
The study of combustion characteristic compound combustion mode of DME and methanol
【摘要】 在进气道喷入二甲醚(DME),利用DME较易压燃的特点,引燃往缸内直喷的甲醇,本试验研究了甲醇的喷油时刻对燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:在小的喷油提前角下,燃烧过程由DME的低温燃烧、高温燃烧和甲醇的扩散燃烧组成;在中间喷油提前角较小负荷下,燃烧模式以甲醇的预混燃烧为主;在较大负荷下,燃烧模式以甲醇的扩散燃烧为主;在较大喷油提前角下,甲醇以预混燃烧模式为主.在大喷油提前角下,放热率具有DME/甲醇双燃料HCCI燃烧的特性.
【Abstract】 It is very easy to make DME combust by compressing it.When injecting DME into intake pipe,the methanol injected directly into cylinder can combust.The experiment investigates effects on combustion characteristic of the injection timing for methanol.The results show that,when methanol is injected late,combustion process is composed of DME low temperature combustion,high temperature and diffusion combustion of methanol.When methanol is injected on middle injection timing,combustion process comprises DME low temperature,high temperature,methanol diffusion combustion and premixed combustion.When methanol is injected early,combustion mode comprises mainly premixed combustion of methanol.
