装载机驱动桥主动锥齿轮失效分析及改进
Analysis and Improvement on Fracture of Driving Bevel Gears in Wheelloader Axle
【摘要】 化学成分、显微硬度和金相组织分析表明,有效硬化层深不足、硬度梯度过陡和心部硬度低是装载机驱动桥主动锥齿轮齿面早期剥落的主要原因,采用控制材料的淬透性、延长渗碳处理强渗及扩散时间、提高淬火冷却能力和延长回火时间等措施,有效地提高了齿轮的承载能力,减少了三包外反馈损失,取得了较好的效益。
【Abstract】 According to chemical composition,microhardness and metallographic analysis,the main reason of early desquamating of driving bevel gear surface in wheelloader axle is lacking available hardened layer depth ,precipitous hardness grads and low core hardness. By controlling the material’s hardenability,extending the carburizing and diffusion period,enhancing the quenching intensity,and prolonging the tempering time,the driving gear’s capacity is improved,the better benefit is obtained by reducing the loss caused by the feedback during the guarantee period.
