含铜、镍铁基金刚石金属结合剂制备中的草酸盐分解还原研究
Thermal Decomposition and Reduction of Ferrous Oralate in the Preparation of Iron-based Metal Matrix Containing Copper and Nickel
【摘要】 以制备Fe基金刚石金属结合剂为目的,通过TG、TPR、XRD、Mssbauer谱研究了不同存在状态下草酸亚铁的分解还原,发现氢气气氛中单组分草酸亚铁先分解为Fe3O4,然后再还原为α-Fe;机械混合样品中草酸亚铁的分解还原不受草酸铜和草酸镍的影响,与单组分草酸亚铁相近;共沉淀中草酸亚铁和草酸铜、草酸镍发生相互作用,先分解为复合金属氧化物,然后再还原成为合金状态。
【Abstract】 In preparation of diamond metal matrix,ferrous oxalate thermal decomposition and reduction were investigated by TG,TPR,XRD and Mssbauer spectroscopy under different conditions.The results indicated that under H2 flow,ferrous oxalate was decomposed to Fe3O4 initially before the generated Fe3O4 was reduced to α-Fe.In addition,the decomposition and reduction of manually mixed sample of ferrous oxalate were free from the influence of mixture components such as cupric oxalate and nickel oxalate;it was rather similar to pure ferrous oxalate.However,thermal decomposition and reduction of ferrous oxalate in co-precipitation depended on cupric oxalate and nickel oxalate,as the sample was decomposed to composite metal-oxide at first,then the composite metal-oxide was reduced to alloy powder.
