转换屏发光光谱对闪光照相成像质量影响研究
Influence of Scintillation Emission Spectrum on Image Quality in Flash Radiography
【摘要】 转换屏的X射线激发发光光谱与透镜系统的匹配偏差会对闪光照相光电接收系统的成像质量造成影响。提出了一种一维线阵全分辨的模拟计算方法,对在理想光源照射下系统成像视觉全分辨能力进行了模拟计算。用白光光源加滤波片照明分辨率板的实验方法,对不同光源照射下系统的成像质量进行了评估。分析表明,转换屏发光宽光谱及其中心波长与透镜系统不匹配均对成像分辨率造成一定影响,而对图像对比度造成较大影响。只有在透镜系统针对的消像差波段540~550nm附近窄带发光的转换屏,其成像质量才能基本不受匹配影响,近似于模拟计算的结果。
【Abstract】 Matching error of scintillator emission spectrum with lens system will have influence on image quality of photoelectric receiving systems in flash radiography.A simulation analysis method of 1 dimension array visual whole resolution is brought forward.And the simulation calculation is done to image quality evaluation by adopting ideal light source.The filter light source is made by adding filter to light source.And the image quality evaluation is done by adopting difference filter light source.The analysis shows that the matching error of scintillator emission center or wide spectrum with lens system should have influence on image resolution and severe influence to contrast.The scintillator of narrow-band emission spectrum adjacent to image-corrected wave band(540~550 nm)of lens system has a fine image quality and the quality approximately equals to the result of simulation calculation.
