钛加铌共处理的高强无间隙原子钢铁素体区高温拉伸流变应力方程及热加工图
The Flow Stress Equation and Hot Processing Map of Ti+Nb-IF Steel for Tensile Deformation at High Temperature of Ferrite Area
【摘要】 用Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机针对钛加铌共处理无间隙原子钢在铁素体区进行了拉伸变形,其变形机制主要表现为动态回复型,平均变形激活能Q=573.33 kJ/mol,在铁素体高温区拉伸流变峰值应力为σP=100arcsinh(1.7766×10-26εe6859.6/T)-7.7055。在试验数据的基础上拟合了该钢在铁素体高温区拉伸流变应力峰值σP的解析表达式,建立了铁素体高温区拉伸变形的功率耗散图和加工失稳图,并形成了铁素体高温区间的热加工图。
【Abstract】 The tensile deformation data of Ti+Nb-IF steel at high temperature of ferrite area have been fit into an express of peak stressσP and Z(T,ε)using Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulator.The deformation mechanism mainly shoues dynamic rercovery,and Q=573.33 kJ/mol,σp=100arcsinh(1.7766×10-26(?)e6859.6/T)-7.7055. Through the power dissipation map and the instability map,the hot processing map was eventually obtained.
