【摘要】 目的针对深圳市目前疾病预防控制体系建设过程中存在着的一些问题,结合该市的实际情况,从主要的问题着手分析,初步探讨其主要对策,为公共卫生事业管理决策提供依据。方法通过调查表对市、区、街道三级疾病预防控制机构基本情况进行普查,由政府单位对公共卫生体系建设提出看法与建议。结果通过分析,普遍认为目前存在政府财政投入不足,从而导致公共职能偏废问题、流动人口问题、资源分配问题、科研能力问题等。结论疾病预防控制体系建设有待于进一步的完善与提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives The paper aims directly at the problems existing in the process of system construction of disease prevention and control in Shenzhen City. Considering the actuality of the city to put forward some strategies for policy making of pubic health management. Methods A census for institutions in the tertiary disease prevention and control in Shenzhen city was conducted, also collecting the opinions and suggestions to public health system from the governmental units. Results Through analysis, it was considered that there exist some problems about the bias of public function , resource allocation , fluid population, and scientific research abilities and so on. Conclusions The system construction needs to be pecfected and promoted further.更多还原
