原位生成法制备Cu/Al2O3复合材料中Al(NO3)3分解温度的探讨
Discussion on Decomposition Temperature of Al(NO3)3 in Cu-Al2O3 Composites by in-situ Reaction
【摘要】 为更好地控制铜基氧化铝弥散材料中氧化铝的粒度,本文在不加铜粉和加铜粉的两种条件下,通过研究Al(NO3)3在不同温度下的分解情况及原位生成时弥散相氧化铝的粒径变化,发现Al(NO3)3分解得到的氧化铝颗粒的粒径随温度的升高而变大,其分解产生细小均匀的Al2O3颗粒的最佳温度为550~600℃。
【Abstract】 In order to control the size of the Al2O3 particles of Cu-Al2O3 Composite better,decomposition of Al(NO3)3 and the size of in-situ synthesis Al2O3 particles are studied under two different conditions,one isn’t added by copper powder,the other is added.The result shows that the size of in-situ synthesis Al2O3 particles grows with the increase of test temperature and the best decomposition temperature of Al(NO3)3 is 550~600 ℃,at which the fine and homogeneous Al2O3 can be obtained.
