高耐蚀盐浴氮碳共渗加后氧化及低温氮碳共渗工艺的研究
Nitrocarburizing Plus Oxidizing with High CorRosion Resistance and Low Temperature Nitrocarburizing on Salt Bath
【摘要】 开发了一种耐中性盐雾试验600 h,大批量生产的工件耐盐雾试验150 h以上的盐浴氮碳共渗加后氧化新技术。研究了一种使用温度为460~520℃的低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺。分析了低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺所获渗层的金相组织及硬度。与传统的570℃处理的盐浴氮碳共渗层的表面硬度、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性进行了对比。为广大热处理企业提供了两种新的处理工艺。
【Abstract】 A new process of nitrocarburizing on salt bath and cooling in the oxidizing bath was developed.The treated sample have an excellent corrosion resistance.The salt-water spray test shows that no corrosion occurred during the duration of the test,which was terminated after 600 h.The time of salt-water spray test is longer than 150 h for the components treated by nitrocarburizing and colded in the oxidizing bath in batches.A low temperature nitrocarburizing process on salt bath was realized.the nitrocarburizing process was carried out at 460~520 ℃.The hardness and microstructure of the treated parts were checked.A comparison of surface hardness and wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance of the specimens after the nitrocarburizing at low temperature and the traditional nitrocarburizing at 570 ℃ was presented.Two types of new surface treatment processes can be selected by many heat treatment factories.
