【摘要】 目的探讨中药食疗对胃癌术后辅助化疗患者外周血细胞的影响。方法对需进行术后辅助化疗的胃癌患者168例随机分为治疗组和对照组各84例,治疗组给予中药食疗,对照组给予一般饮食,观察比较两组外周血细胞的变化情况以及化疗的不良反应。结果中药食疗组患者的外周血细胞的变化较对照组小。结论中药食疗能明显减轻化疗的毒副反应,特别是能明显减轻对外周血细胞的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of herbal-meals on peripheral blood cells (PBC) for patients with gastric cancer receiving adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Patients with gastric cancer who were going to receive adjuvant chemotherapy were administered herbal-meals.The treatment effect were evaluated by peripheral-blood-cell-count (PBCC).Results PBCC in patients received herbal-meals altered less than control group.Conclusion Herbal-meals may efficiently alleviate the toxicities of chemotherapy, especially myelosuppression.更多还原
