【Abstract】 Nowadays importing fresh water from outside into local areas is a kind of common method to be used to deal with the big problem of lack of water in the vast majority of islands around northern sea area of China.This paper suggests that water from sea ice and sea can be exploited,meanwhile an assumption which has been brewing is about set up a system of circulation via integrately employing surface water,groundwater,water of sea ice,sea water and reclaimed water etc.,which may provide a new way to the exploitation of water resource.更多还原
