镁在钢水脱硫中的应用

【摘要】 分析了镁基脱硫剂在钢水脱硫中的应用现状及发展前景,并从热力学角度探讨了镁基脱硫剂在钢水精炼中的脱硫能力。理论计算表明,钢水中单独使用金属镁脱硫剂脱硫效果不如在铁水中的脱硫效果;Mg+CaO、Mg+BaO复合脱硫剂的脱硫能力强于纯镁脱硫剂,可将钢水中的硫脱至10-6(质量分数)以下。镁基脱硫剂具有加入量少、处理过程钢水温降小等特点,适宜于无LF炉精炼设备的中小钢铁企业的深脱硫处理和一些特殊钢种的脱硫处理。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the current application of magnesium-based desulphurizing agents in secondary refining process and its prospects.The ability of desulphurization using magnesium-based desulphurizing agents in secondary refining is also discussed on the basis of thermodynamic analysis.The results of theoretical calculation show that the effect of pure magnesium desulphurization in secondary refining is not as good as in hot metal treatment, Mg+CaO,Mg+BaO desulphurizing agents have much stronger desulphurization capability than pure magnesium.The sulfur content in steel can be decreased below 10-6.Magnesium-based desulphurization agents have traits of less addition and temperature drop during treatment.It is a suitable deep desulphurization process for middle and small steel enterprises with no LF refining equipment and for some special steels.
