金花茶花与茎的光谱鉴别实验研究

【摘要】 [目的]建立金花茶花与茎的光谱鉴别方法。[方法]利用可见紫外分光光度法对金花茶花与茎进行鉴别研究。[结果]在零阶导数光谱图中,金花茶花与茎的乙醇液分别在227nm和257nm有最大吸收;在一阶、二阶导数光谱图中,金花茶花的乙醇液在200~320nm,氯仿液在200~300nm,茎的乙醇液在200~400nm均有鉴别特征;茎的氯仿液的一阶图谱在200~500nm,600~700nm,二阶图谱在200~300nm均有鉴别特征。[结论]此研究数据可为金花茶花与茎的光谱鉴定提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To establish spectrophotometric differential methods for the flowers and stem of Camellica chrysunths(hu) Tuyam.[Methods] The flowers and stem of Camellica chrysunths(hu) Tuyam were differentiated by UV Spectrophotometry.[Results] The maximum absorptions for the ethanol liquids from the flowers and stem were at 227 nm and 257 nm,respectively,in the zero order derivative spectrum.In the first-and second-order derivative spectra,the identifiable absorption range for the ethanol liquid from the flowers was from 200 to 320 nm and that of the chloroform liquid,200 to 300 nm;while that of the ethanol liquid from the stem,200 to 400 nm.The identifiable absorption ranges for the chloroform liquid from the stem were 200~500 nm and 600~700 nm in the first order derivative spectrum and 200~300 nm in the second order derivative spectrum.[Conclusions] The data of this research may provide scientific evidence for the spectrophotometric differentiation between the flowers and stem from Camellica chrysunths(hu) Tuyam.
