【摘要】 西北地区冰雹监测、预警及防雹指挥系统包含西北地区冰雹致灾因子数据库、西北地区冰雹天气监测系统、冰雹天气预警系统和防雹指挥系统等。该系统在利用已有研究成果的基础上,使用多普勒天气雷达、卫星遥感、闪电监测等新资料,以计算机网络和软件技术为主要手段,建成了功能强大、方便快捷、内容丰富的开放式冰雹监测、预警及防雹指挥平台。系统具备较好的业务使用价值和推广价值。本文着重介绍该系统的功能和设计思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation synthetical system for hail monitoring,warning and hail suppression command in Northwest China consists of four sub-systems,including the hail disaster database,the hail monitoring system,the hail warning system and the hail suppression commanding system.Based on the present research results,the system has used the new data from Doppler weather radar,satellite remote sensing,lightning monitoring and so on to build a powerful,convenient and open command platform for hail monitoring,warning and suppressing by the primary means of the computer network and software technology.The system is valuable in the operation application.And this paper has highlighted the function and the design of the system.更多还原
