利用脱水污泥制备微生物絮凝剂及其絮凝条件研究

【摘要】 以城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥为原料,通过超声波破碎、丙酮沉淀及冷冻干燥得到了微生物絮凝剂JT06,同时对该絮凝剂的制备条件及絮凝特性进行了研究。结果表明,适宜的制备条件为:污泥浓度为100 g/L,破碎时间为15 m in,以2倍体积的丙酮提取。该絮凝剂在pH值为1~4时对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝活性较强,没有金属阳离子的助凝作用仍可取得较高的絮凝率;当pH>4时,不同的金属阳离子具有不同的助凝作用。絮凝体系中的CaC l2溶液浓度与絮凝剂投加量之间存在密切关系,CaC l2溶液的浓度越高则絮凝剂的最适投加量越大。

【Abstract】 Bioflocculant JT06 was extracted from dewatered sludge by ultrasonication,acetone precipitation and freezing desiccation.The preparation conditions and flocculation properties of the bioflocculant JT06 were studied.The results indicate that the optimal preparation conditions are 100 g/L sludge,15 min ultrasonication and two times volume of acetone.The high flocculation efficiency of kaolin suspension is achieved when the pH value is kept between 1 and 4,and the high flocculation rate can be reached in the absence of coagulation aid of metal cations.The different metal cations have different coa-gulation aids when the pH is above 4.There is a close relation between CaCl2 solution concentration and the flocculant dosage,and the higher the CaCl2 solution concentration is,the larger the optimal flocculant dosage is.
