负载型TiO2光催化剂的制备及其光催化活性研究
Study on Preparation of Supported TiO2 Catalyst and Its Photocatalytic Activity
【摘要】 以海泡石为载体,采用粉体混合焙烧法制备了负载型TiO2光催化剂,研究了TiO2负载量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对其催化活性的影响,考察了其对邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)的光催化降解效果。结果表明,TiO2是以吸附形式均匀地结合在海泡石表面的,最佳的TiO2负载量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间分别为30%、600℃和3 h。在BBP初始浓度为150 mg/L、催化剂用量为2 g/L的条件下,经365 nm的紫外光照射6 h后,负载型TiO2光催化剂对BBP的去除率为92%,其光催化性能优于锐钛矿型TiO2粉末的。
【Abstract】 Taking sepiolite as carrier,the supported TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by directly sintering mixed TiO2.The influence of supported quantity of TiO2,sintering temperature and sintering time on its photocatalytic activity,and the photocatalytic degradation of butylbenzyl phthalate(BBP) by TiO2 were investigated.The results show that TiO2 is adsorbed on the surface of sepiolite evenly.The optimal supported quantity of TiO2,sintering temperature and sintering time are 30%,600 ℃ and 3 h,respectively.When the original BBP concentration is 150 mg/L,catalyst dosage is 2 g/L,and ultraviolet radiation with a 365 nm wavelength is 6 h,the resultant BBP removal rate is 92%.The catalytic perfor-(mance) of the supported TiO2 photocatalyst is superior to that of the anatase TiO2.
