MAP沉淀法回收磷化废水中的磷
Recovery of Phosphorus from Metal Surface Phosphate Coating Wastewater by MAP Precipitation Method
【摘要】 金属磷化废水中磷酸盐浓度高,不适合生化处理,因此采用MAP沉淀法处理,并以卤片和氯化铵为沉淀剂,对反应装置的运行效果进行了研究。结果表明,最佳运行条件是:搅拌强度为200 r/min、HRT=2.5 h、pH值为9.5、[Mg2+]∶[NH4+]∶[PO43-]为1.2∶1∶1,在最佳运行条件下系统对氨氮和磷酸盐的去除率分别达到97.5%、98%。
【Abstract】 The metal surface phosphate coating wastewater is unsuitable for biochemical treatment due to its high strength phosphate.Therefore,the MAP precipitation process was used,and MgCl2 and NH4Cl were used as precipitants to treat this wastewater.The results show that the optimal operation conditions are mixing strength of 200 r/min,HRT of 2.5 h,pH of 9.5 and Mg2+ ∶NH+4 ∶PO3-4 ratio of 1.2 ∶1 ∶1.The resultant removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and phosphate are 97.5% and 98% respectively.
