滤池反冲洗水的超滤处理回收中试
Pilot-scale Test on Reclamation of Backwash Water from Sand Filter by Ultrafiltration
【摘要】 采用内压式中空纤维超滤膜处理水厂砂滤池的反冲洗水,处理水量为2.4m3/h,结果表明:滤池反冲洗水经超滤处理后,"两虫"被完全去除;超滤出水经消毒后可进入清水池,回收率>95%,既减少了水资源浪费,又不影响水厂主流程;可将超滤处理成本控制在0.13元/m3以内。
【Abstract】 The internal pressure hollow fiber membrane was used to treat the backwash water from sand filters in a water supply plant.The treatment capacity was 2.4 m3/h.The result indicates that Giardia and Cryptosporidium in the backwash water from sand filters are completely removed by ultrafiltration.After disinfection,the treated water can be sent to the clean water basin,and the recovery rate is above 95%,which reduces the water resources waste and has no effect on the principal flow of the water supply plant.The ultrafiltration cost can be controlled within 0.13 Yuan/m3.
