几种化学诱导物对甜瓜白粉病抗性的诱导作用
Effect of several chemical elicitors on resistance induction of melon to Erysiphe cucurbitacearum
【摘要】 采用5种化学物质分别对甜瓜叶片进行处理,研究了5种化学诱导剂对甜瓜抗白粉病的诱导作用以及对甜瓜白粉菌孢子萌发的抑制效果.结果表明:苯并噻重氮(BTH)、水杨酸(SA)、草酸(OAA)、硅酸钠(Na2SiO3)均能显著诱导甜瓜对白粉病的抗性.各种诱导剂的最适诱导浓度分别为BTH 0.35 mmol/L、SA 1.0 mmol/L、OAA30 mmol/L、Na2SiO310 mmol/L;适宜浓度下的诱导效果分别为:72.4%4、9.9%4、3.4%和34.9%.磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)在供试浓度范围内对甜瓜抗白粉病的诱导作用不显著.试验同时还表明,5种诱导剂在供试浓度范围内对甜瓜白粉菌无抑菌活性.
【Abstract】 The induction effect of five chemicals in resistance of melon(Cucumis melo)to powdery mildew(Erysiphe cucurbitacearum)were systemically compared by spraying elicitors in melon leaves which planted on greenhouse.The results showed that BTH,SA,OAA and Na2SiO3 had significant induction effects,and the optimum concentration of four chemicals for resistance induction of melon against Erysiphe cucurbitacearum were 0.35,1.0,30 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L respectively.Whereas the induction effect of K2HPO4 was not significant.
