混凝气浮工艺去除铜绿微囊藻的影响因素研究

【摘要】 通过正交试验确定了混凝的最佳工艺条件,当原水中藻类浓度为(8.94×108)~(38.4×108)个/L、浊度为5.10~5.31NTU、色度为15.8~25.9倍时,三氯化铁的最佳投加量应在50~70mg/L,此时藻类和浊度的平均去除率均在85%左右。试验还发现藻类的混凝效果与其生长期有一定的关系,其中以稳定期的藻类混凝效果最佳,藻类去除率最高可达89%。研究还发现,pH值对藻类去除影响显著,当将进水pH值由7.47调到6.04,投药量由50mg/L降为30mg/L时,藻类的去除率可由88%升高到97%。由此可见,调节pH值不仅可以提高藻类的去除率,还可以大大降低混凝剂的投加量。

【Abstract】 The optimum coagulation parameters were gained by orthogonal method.When algae concentration,turbidity and color in the influent are 8.94×108 to 38.4×108 counts/L,5.10 to 5.31 NTU and 15.8 to 25.9 respectively,the optimum dosage of ferric chloride is 50 mg/L to 70 mg/L and the average removal efficiencies of algae and turbidity are both about 85%.Results also show that there is some relationship between the coagulation efficiency of algae and its growth phase.The best coagulation efficiency is obtained at 89% in stable growth phase.It is also found that pH value has a remarkable effect on algae removal.When pH value of the raw water is adjusted from 7.47 to 6.04 and the dosage was reduced from 50 mg/L to 30 mg/L at the same time,algae removal efficiency can rise from 88% to 97%.Therefore,decreasing pH value can not only improve algae removal but also greatly reduce the coagulant dosage.
