基于功能模块化的锥面砂轮磨齿机设计方法

【摘要】 通过对现有锥面砂轮磨齿机的结构和运动关系的分析,研究锥面砂轮磨齿机的多种运动组合的可能性,提出一种基于功能模块化的锥面砂轮磨齿机设计方法.该方法可按满足不同加工需求组合成不同类型的机床,以寻求新的磨削运动方案,开发新型的磨齿机以及特殊齿轮磨削的方法.

【Abstract】 Through analysis of the structure and movement relations of gear grinding machine with conical wheel,this article was focused on the study of the multi-possibility of motion combination of gear grinding machine with conical wheel,and a new design method for gear grinding machine was proposed based on function modularization.This method could assemble different types of machine tools according to different machining demands,that would afford clear outline for seeking new grinding motion relationship and exploiting new gear grinding machine for special gears.
