【摘要】 讨论了主要合成条件和表面活性剂对C.I.颜料红146性能的影响。结果表明:合成C.I.颜料红146的较好工艺条件为:顺式偶合,偶合时间1小时,偶合结束pH为5.0,升温至90℃,保温30分钟,产品在80℃下干燥。添加表面活性剂后可得到色光偏蓝,着色力较高,分散性较好的C.I.颜料红146产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of synthesis condition and surfactants on the property of C.I.Pigment Red 146 was discussed.The result shows that the better technological conditions are that coupling time is 1 hour when syn-type couple.the pH is about 5.0 after coupled.Kept temperature at 90℃ for 30min,the product is dried at 80℃.Adding the surfactants get improving color strength,blue hue and good dispers ability.更多还原
