AMMI模型在高粱品种区域试验中的应用

【摘要】 采用AMM I模型分析方法对2006年度全国高粱品种区域试验春播早熟组的试验数据进行分析,结果表明,3条显著的主成分轴共解释了94.33%的互作平方和,吉杂121和LG601属高产、稳产型品种,适应性广泛;通杂108、龙638、吉杂202平均产量较高,稳定性较好;赤杂23平均产量较低,稳产性较差;吉粱20号和豫粱8号平均产量低且稳定性差。从AMM I模型互作效应值可看出,哈尔滨、赤峰、长春试点对品种的分辨力较强;通辽、公主岭、白城试点对品种的分辨力较弱。LG601除白城和赤峰外,具有广泛的适应性,赤杂23、吉杂121在哈尔滨和赤峰具有特殊适应性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the AMMI model was applied to analyze the data of 2006 national sorghum regional test(earlier ripe group).And the result shows that 3 significant principal constituent axles explained 94.33% interact sum of square.Jiza121 and LG601 belongs to variety with high and stable yield,and extensive adaptability;Tongza108,Long638 and Jiza202 possess high yield and better stability;Chiza23,Jiza20 and Yuliang8 appears lower average yield and stability.Also we can see from the AMMI model that varieties in the test locations of Harbin,Chifeng and Changchun expressed stronger definiting power;Tongliao,Gongzuling and Baicheng expressed weaker definiting power.LG601 showed extensive adaptability except for in Baicheng and Chifeng.Chiza23 and Jiza121 showed special adaptability in Harbin and Chifeng.
