退火温度对ECAP形变Cu-Te-Cr合金组织与性能的影响
The effect of ECAP deformation and aging treatments on the microstructures and properties of Cu-Te-Cr alloys
【摘要】 在室温下,采用等通道转角形变(ECAP)技术对铜合金进行挤压,使其组织细化,利用布氏硬度计和涡流电导率仪测试退火温度对合金变形前后硬度及电导率的影响;利用电子金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)结合能谱仪(EDS),研究了退火温度对显微组织、析出相的作用效应。实验结果表明:在铜碲合金中添加Cr元素及经ECAP变形,合金的硬度都能明显提高;随退火温度的升高,其硬度和电导率先增后降,其最大值都出现在450℃附近。
【Abstract】 Cu-Te-Cr alloys were processed by equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) at room temperature in order to get uniform and fine equiaxed grains.BH hardness and electrical conductivity of Cu-Te-Cr alloys before and after ECAP deformation and annealing treatments at different temperatures were measured.Then the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructures and precipitations of Cu-Te-Cr alloys were investigated by SEM and EDS.The experimental results show that after the ECAP,the hardness of the copper alloy was enhanced obviously.With the increasing annealing temperature,the conductivity and the hardness were first to increase and then to decrease.The results show the peak of hardness and conductivity is around 450℃.
