高密度锂离子正极材料前驱体Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2的制备
Preparation of high density Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 used as precursor for cathode of lithium battery
【摘要】 采用二次干燥的化学共沉淀法制备出了高密度锂离子正极材料前驱体Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2,研究了反应物浓度、反应温度、滤饼含水量、以及烘干方式等因素对振实密度的影响。实验结果表明:反应温度保持50℃,NiSO4浓度为1.66mol/L,并且控制一定的滤饼含水量,可得到振实密度为2.23g/cm3的非球形Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2粉末。XRD分析表明,采用该法所制备的一系列Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2均为六方层状的β型结构,并且晶体结构规整。充放电测试表明以此高密度前驱体Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2与LiNO3反应制得的LiNi0.8Co0.2O2材料具有良好的电化学性能。
【Abstract】 Precursor-Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 with high tapping density was prepared by second stage drying method.The effects of reactants concentration,reaction temperature,cake moisture,drying method,etc.on the tapping density of Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 were discussed.The optimum process parameters of preparing the fine Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 were that the concentration of NiSO4 is 1.66mol/L,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the cake moisture was kept properly.The tap density of the prepared non-spherical Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 powder reached 2.23g/cm3.XRD revealed that the material was β-Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 and had better structure on the whole.LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 powders was synthesized by sintering the Precursor-Ni0.8Co0.2(OH)2 with high tapping density and LiOH·H2O,and electrochemical property tests testified that LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 had good electrochemical performance.
