【摘要】 目的:探讨泪道阻塞的两种治疗方法的手术效果。方法:将患者随机分为两组病例,一组行高频电泪道成形并改良穿线术;一组行高频电泪道成形留置导管术。结果:高频电泪道成形并改良穿线术组治愈率为60.34%,显效率为29.31%;高频电泪道成形留置导管术组治愈率为36.84%,显效率为33.33%。结论:高频电泪道成形并改良穿线术治疗效果优于高频电泪道成形留置导管术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate two kinds of treatments(seton through lacrimal passage and intubation through lacrimal passage)for obstruction diseases of lacrimal passage.Methods:Patients in first group were treated with seton through lacrimal passage,and the second group were treated with intubation through lacrimal passage.Results:In first group,the cure rate was 60.34%,the effective rate was 29.31%.In the second group,the cure rate was 36.84%,the effective rate was 33.33%.Conclusion:The effect of seton through lacrimal passage is better than that of intubation through lacrimal passage.更多还原
