【Abstract】 Developing the teachers’ personality charms of the political and ideological education is an important approach to improving and elevating the practical results of the thoughts and politics educating in colleges and universities. The functions mainly show as follows: doing good to promoting the formation of the students’ good characters, inspiring their studying interests, improving the relations between the teachers and the students, setting up the teachers’ authorities, refining the teachers’ moral personality.
