基于数据校正的锅炉减温水阀门泄漏诊断

【摘要】 电厂锅炉减温水泄漏最直接判断是根据阀门在关闭状态下流量的测量结果,但对于少量泄漏,流量测量误差较大。典型的减温水系统及配备的测量参数是一个冗余测量系统,根据最大似然原理,考虑不同变量的测量精度,通过整个系统能量平衡程度的检测,对测量结果进行数据校正,校正结果是对参数真实值的最佳估计;它充分利用了系统的测量资源,对减温水而言,流量校正数据是综合考虑了实际测量值和蒸汽流过减温器时温度的变化,比单纯的流量测量值更能表达阀门的严密性。

【Abstract】 Spray water flow measurements is often straightly used to identify the values tightness during its closure periods in station boiler,considerable flow measurement errors are large when the leakage is very small.The actual spray water system and its equipped instruments are usually in metrical redundancy,data reconciliation and system energy balance inspection are carried out basing on maximum likelihood estimate and diverse measurement precision of various parameters,and the reconciled date are optimal estimates for more actual state of the system.Measure resource adequately exploited,the spray water reconciled data are comprehensive results synthesizing the actual measured value and temperature transformation during the steam flowing through the redactor,distinctly revealing more actual states of the value tightness in the system.
