粗集料颗粒几何形状对VCADRC的影响研究

【摘要】 在基于均匀设计的VCADRC试验的基础上,利用数字图像处理方法,通过获取各种花岗岩颗粒的形状参数,分析了颗粒几何形状对VCDRC的影响。同时,针对番禺花岗岩,设计了一系列磨耗试验,改变磨耗次数,分析颗粒形状系数与VCADRC的变化规律。结果表明,颗粒的形状系数与VCDRC相关关系高度显著,随着磨耗次数的增加,VCADRC开始逐渐减小,在磨耗过程中,颗粒的形状系数减小,颗粒趋近于球形,VCADRC减小。VCADRC与颗粒自身的物理特性密切相关,颗粒的粗糙程度、表面微观纹理结构也是VCADRC的重要影响因素。集料生产的全面质量控制引入颗粒形状系数指标是非常有必要的,可及时调整料源和生产工艺流程,选择合理的破碎机械设备,生产出质优稳定的路用石料。

【Abstract】 Based on the VCADRC test of the uniform design, the effect of coarse aggregate shape on VCADRC is anayzed by utilizing the digital image procession technique to obtain the shape parameter of some kinds of granite coarse aggregate.Meanwhile, for the Panyu granite, a series of wear test is designed to analyze the effect of coarse aggregate shape on VC4DRC.The results indicate that, the correlation between shape parameter and VG4drc is significant, along with the times of the wear test increase, VCADRC decrease gradually;in the processes of the wear test, the shape parameter and VCADRC gradually decreases, coarse aggregate shape tends to rotundity. VCMdrc is closely related to the physical character of grain, the surface texture of grain is an important influencing factor on the VC4DRC . It is necessary to take shape parameter into account in the QC of coarse aggregate for adjusting the source of materials and the produce processes and choosing the reasonable crusher to produce the high quality and steady coarse aggregate.
