【摘要】 目的:了解护士对多元文化护理的认知状况和培训需求,为多元文化护理培训提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查北京市3所三级甲等综合医院302名临床护士对多元文化护理的认知状况及培训需求。结果:护士对多元文化护理的认知度分数较低,其中理论知识得分最低(0.76±0.60),其次为沟通能力得分(1.99±0.93);本科及其以上学历护士理论知识分数显著高于大专和中专学历护士;90%以上的护士认为有必要进行多元文化护理培训。结论:加强多元文化护理教育和护士培训,增强护士的多元文化护理意识和提高服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the awareness and the training needs of multiculturalism nursing care in order to provide information for the training of the multiculturalism nursing care. Methods:302 nurses from three general hospitals were investigated by using self-designed questionnaires on awareness of multiculturalism nursing care and the needs of training. Results:The total scores of multiculturalism nursing care were a little low. The scores of theoretical mastery were the lowest (0.76± 0.60) and the ability of communication was the second lowest (1.99±0.93). Nurses with educational background of secondary specialized schools and associate colleges had lower theoretical scores than nurses who graduated from colleges and universities (P<0.05). More than ninety percent nurses considered that it was necessary to hold multiculturalism nursing care training. Conclusion:It was necessary to strengthen multiculturalism nursing care education and nurses’ training in order to improve nurses’ multiculturalism nursing care awareness and the quality of nursing care.更多还原
