水热法合成硅铍钠石晶体
Hydrothermal Synthesis of Chkalovite Crystal
【摘要】 采用水热法,在380℃、填充度为70%的条件下,以1.5和2.0 mol/L Na2CO3作为矿化剂,反应时间72 h,合成了硅铍钠石晶体.晶体以等轴粒状的八面体晶形为主,有少量四方柱状晶形.应用双目立体显微镜、SEM和XRD进行测试分析,发现在碱性较弱的环境中合成的晶体,除了硅铍钠石晶体外,还有一定量的六方柱状钙霞石晶体存在.提高晶体生长溶液的碱度,则硅铍钠石晶体的量明显增多.
【Abstract】 Chkalovite crystal can be synthesized by hydrothermal method with 1.5 and 2.0 mol/L Na2CO3 as mineralizers in the condition of filling 70%,reaction temperature 380 ℃ and reaction time 72 h.The crystal is isogranular texture,and octahedron is the major crystal form,some crystal is tetragonal prism.When the crystal is tested by microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction,there are some hexagonal prism cancrinite crystals when the mineralizer solution is alkalinity weak.The percentage of chkalovite crystal will increase when the mineralizer solution alkalinity increases.
