开口薄壁杆件扭转分析的一维离散有限元法
One-Dimensional Finite Element Method for Torsion Analysis of Thin-Walled Beams with Open Profile
【摘要】 利用Vlasov开口薄壁杆的基本理论并结合有限元方法,将复杂的空间三维问题简化为一维离散数值问题,建立了一维开口薄壁杆件有限元理论和方法,并给出刚度方程的显式.通过典型算例分析了开口薄壁杆截面的相对壁厚对计算精度的影响:当相对壁厚不超过10%时,本文方法和ANSYS三维有限元软件的计算结果基本吻合,而两种方法的离散自由度之比达到1∶185.充分表明了本文所提方法和计算模型在薄壁结构中不仅计算精度高、简便易用,与传统有限元法相比可以大大缩减离散自由度,保持了很高的计算效率.
【Abstract】 One-dimensional finite element method is developed based on Vlasov theory and Hermite interpolation functions.This method reduces the three-dimensional problem to one-dimensional discretizatizing computational model.The effect of relative thickness of the cross section of the thin-walled bar on the computing accuracy is analysed,and shows that the method agrees well to that yielded by ANSYS package with a ration of discreting DOF even higher than 1∶185.It is concluded that the method is convenient to implement with high accuracy and eficiency,compared with conventional FEM.
