【摘要】 目的:分析讨论几种不同类型的麻痹性斜视的临床特点、手术方法和手术效果。方法:回顾总结我院2005-07/2007-02住院手术的25例成人麻痹性斜视的手术方法及手术效果。外直肌麻痹7例,上斜肌麻痹6例,下直肌麻痹5例,双上转肌麻痹4例,双下转肌麻痹2例,上直肌麻痹1例。结果:患者25例中,手术后治愈18例;手术后改善7例,无1例出现眼前节缺血的并发症。结论:麻痹性斜视原因多样,病情复杂,术前充分的检查及合理的手术设计可达良好的治疗效果,对斜视度较大的患者分次手术可达满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate clinical features, surgical treatment methods and effects of various types of paralytic strabismus. METHODS: The surgical methods and effects of 25 cases with adult paralytic strabismus, who were admitted to our hospital from July, 2005 to February, 2007, were reviewed and summarized. Among them, 7 cases of lateral rectus muscle palsy, 6 cases of superior oblique muscle palsy, 5 cases of inferior rectus muscle palsy, 4 cases of double superior elevator muscle dysfunction, 2 cases of double inferior elevator muscle dysfunction, 1 case of superior rectus muscle palsy, all underwent operations. RESULTS: After the surgery, 18 cases were completely corrected; 7 cases were improved; none of patients had ischemia of eye anterior segment. CONCLUSION: Paralytic strabismus had diversified causes and complicated conditions. Thorough examination before the surgery and rational surgery design may achieve better therapeutic effects. As for patients whose strabismus degree is more than 50△ ,operation could be performed several times to complete correction. 更多还原
