【摘要】 性案件新闻中如何处理原告即受害者姓名是一个存在争议的话题,本文以KellyM cB ride设计的场景分析方法为基础,在一个具体案例中分析如何理性把握报道的思考过程。
【Abstract】 Whether to name the accuser or not is a dilemma in reports about case of sexual violence.This article analyses how to make rational decision about it with a recently happened case based on Kelly McBride’s scenarios analysis.
