【摘要】 〔目的〕掌握吉林省口岸蚊类本底情况,为口岸今后鉴别外来蚊种和控制蚊媒传染病提供科学依据。〔方法〕从2002～2005年,按照国家质量监督检验检疫总局《国境口岸医学媒介生物本底调查方法》,对吉林省口岸进行蚊类调查。〔结果〕共捕获蚊类1691只,分类鉴定为3属8种,优势蚊种为淡色库蚊,占捕蚊总数的45.54%,优势蚊属为库蚊属,占捕蚊总数的77.53%,以7～8月份为蚊密度的高峰期。〔结论〕检验检疫机构应做好口岸蚊类调查,防止外来蚊种和传染病侵入我国;采取有效措施,尤其是加强高峰期蚊类的密度监侧,在繁殖高峰到来之前适时灭蚊,有效降低蚊密度,保护人体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To grasp the existing situation of mosquito at Jilin port,and to provide scientific basis to distinguish the invasing mosquito species and control infectious disease spread.Method Regulation of Investigation on Medicine vectors at National Frontier Port was adopted in base-line investingation.Result 1 691 mosqutios were classified belong to 3 genus and 8 species.The dominant species was Culex pipiems pallens,accounting for 45.54%.The dominant genus was Culex,accounting for 77.53%.The peak season was July and August.Conclusion It is necessary to investigate the existing status of mosquito at Jilin port to prevent infectious diseases,and to strengthen surveillance of mosquito density in breeding peak,meanwhile adopt effective measure to destroy mosquito before the high peak.更多还原
