金属铂溶解与废气处理装置的应用研究
Application Research of Platinum Dissolving and Exhaust Gas Disposing Equipment
【摘要】 目的:解决王水溶解铂产生的氮氧化物废气对环境的污染问题。方法:采用具有回流功能的装置溶解铂,碱液吸收法处理氮氧化物废气。结果:本研究的装置溶解铂锭与传统方法相比能节省大量王水,氯亚铂酸钾收率高于传统方法,碱液吸收法处理氮氧化物废气效果理想。结论:该铂溶解与废气处理装置能达到环保生产的要求。
【Abstract】 Purpose:solving the environment-pollution problem of nitrogen oxides exhaust gas produced by platinum dissolving.Method:apply a circular-distilling equipment to dissolve platinum,and absorb the nitro- gen oxides by alkaline solution.Result:compare the traditional way,the new equipment economize aqua regia, the harvesting rate of K2[PtCl4]increased a little,and the effect of nitrogen oxides disposing is good.Conclu- sion:the new equipment can reach the requirement of the manufacturing of environment protecting.
