太阳能电池浆料用微细铝银粉、铝粉研究
Study of the Fine Al-Ag and Al Powders Applied to the Solar Cell Paste
【摘要】 采用超音速气体离心雾化技术与装置制备了单晶硅、多晶硅太阳能电池导体浆料用微细铝银粉、铝粉。粉末性能:平均粒度(D50)5~12μm;含氧量<650ppm;松装密度0.7~1.0g/ cm~3;形状为球形或类球形;显微组织为等轴晶组织;满足实际应用和生产要求。
【Abstract】 The supersonic gas-centrifugal atomization technology and device was used to make the fine AI-Ag and Al powders to single crystalline or poly crystalline silicon solar cell.Powder properties:average particle size (D50)5~12μm,oxygen content<650ppm,bulk density 0.7~1.0g/cm~3,powder form spherical or near spherical,isometric crystalline microstructure.They are satisfied with a practical application and production.
