【摘要】 详细介绍了采用选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)制造过渡法兰实体零件的工艺过程,评论了直接成型零件过程中的质量控制及其解决方法,重点分析了翘曲变形的产生原因和影响因素。

【Abstract】 The technique of manufacturing transition flange part using SLS technology is introduced,the quality control and solutions of SLS technology in the direct confectioning process of part are analyzed,and the reason and influencing factors of warping deformation is discussed emphatically.
